Ascension the Gamebook; Release Date & News

The new gamebook titled Ascension, is set for initial release as a HTML game, with multi-browser compatibility. Currently in working out a few minor details, the game can be expected to be played as BETA, while public access is pending, likely available by the 24th of JUNE 2023. Omitting the mini-game features idealised, on this Beta version, the release on itch.io is available for free, with the option to proffer payment for the game if you've enjoyed it! 

The multiple choice narrative is set in a High fantasy realm with the ability to apply the magic learned as a graduate of the Gilded Order of the Sky. The numerous endings offer a range of solutions and tailored to young and old players alike.

                                   

A Steam release utilizing Unity Gaming platform development tools is still under consideration, though cost for quality of the game is in doubt at this time. The quality of the game on HTML is very good regardless, and feedback and support for the first release BETA is sought at this stage.
